I’m only a provider with Carelon Behavioral Health (formerly Beacon Health). To use another insurance carrier to see me, you need to have out-of-network benefits and know what they are by inquiring with them. I can not research them for you.
Treatment Approach
EMDR & MBCT
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) focuses on stimulating the brain to process previously insufficiently processed disturbing memories. EMDR has been used to treat post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, low self-esteem, addictions, eating disorders, and impulse control problems. In addition to EMDR, I also utilize Brainspotting, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and somatic approaches to treatment.

I approach therapy with curiosity, professionalism, authenticity and a willingness to collaborate with you through your treatment process. I want to learn about your experiences, what troubles you, and partner with you to find effective ways of addressing your concerns. I see therapy as a process where you and I bring our distinct expertise to bear to help you meet your needs.
Additional Issues
I only provide virtual individual therapy using HIPAA-compliant software to persons aged 20 and older for a variety of concerns including grief, LGBTQIA+ identity concerns, trauma and abuse including racial trauma, ADHD, depression, anxiety, workplace and/or career issues, stress and emotion management, and relationship challenges.
